UoN management lauds Uhuru for keeping digital promise
The University of Nairobi management was at State House Nairobi to honour President Uhuru Kenyatta for keeping his digital promise.
The President undertook a number a number of ICT initiatives to deliver on this promise. Some include; infrastructure development, digital learning program for schools and the Presidential Digital talent program that he launched in 2015 at the University of Nairobi Taifa Hall.
Present during the function were the Chancellor Dr.Vijjoo Rattansi, Vice chancellor Prof. Stephen Kiama, Chief Operations Officer Mr. Brian Ouma, Dean of Students Mr. Johnson Kinyua, Director of Corporate Affairs John Orindi, Ag, Director of University Advancement Ann Nkoidilla and PA to the VC Ms. Janet Wangui.
The delegation also bid farewell to President Kenyatta following the completion of his second term in office.
